On Viva’s credit plans, 10 credits buy one minute of AI-answered calls. Viva says 95% of offices never run past their allotment. Its unlimited plan is priced per provider, so ask which one fits your call volume.
What happens if it doesn’t work
Viva’s trial page and its terms read differently, so ask them which one applies after you’ve paid. With Dentify the rule is one sentence: if you’re not satisfied in the first 30 days, you get your money back.
